Because of that I decided to start a company that not only fixes the problem by giving our clients an affordable service that has adequate value for money, but by giving our clients an affordable service that has exceptional value for money.

Firstly, I am extremely focused on customer service, I do everything in my power to give you “our client” a personalised experience, we walk you through every step of the process, making sure your every request is followed to perfection. I will oversee your enquiry and reply with a personal email. I will then appoint the best DJ to the you according to the needs of your event. The DJ will then talk directly to you to avoid any miscommunications. I will also do regular check-ups to ensure you get the best service possible.
Seccondly, I also decided to invest in quality and reliable equipment for the company. This not only ensures that your event will have good quality audio and lighting but also ensures that we will be able to provide a service you can rely on. Not only is our main equipment regurally tested and serviced, we also send out back-up/emergency equipment on every single event. This alongside a complete online orgininazional system linked to every DJ's callender ensures that we deliver our service on time, every time.
Lastly, our DJ's, I personally DJ most of our company's events but when we have an additional inquiry on a date that I am already booked on I contract one of our experienced and professional DJ's that we have worked with for years and only had the best of feedback from our clients.
